About this guide, and the order it was built in
An independent product-discovery and buying guide built around dated public information. This site has no access to agent accounts or orders.
A find, from the moment it is seen to the moment it is checkable
The seven points below are the spine of this site. Each page picks up one of them, and the order is the reason the pages are arranged the way they are.
Seven points on one order
- SeenA listing in a catalogue. At this point everything about it is a claim, including the size letter.
- AskedA question to the seller. Save any specific answer alongside the listing so it can be checked later.
- OrderedColour, size, quantity and one free-text remark. The remark is the only field that carries your intent in your own words.
- BoughtThe operator purchases and the seller ships to the warehouse. Check the domestic shipping line in the order before paying.
- Stocked inThe inspection happens and the photographs appear. Check the current return countdown on the stored item record.
- ReadYou compare the photographs against what you wrote. A question outside the standard inspection scope may need seller information, an additional service or support advice.
- SubmittedThe parcel is packed and the shipping charge depends on the route and packed dimensions. Ask support before changing a submitted parcel.
Most guides to agent buying are organised around the operator's stages. This one is organised around where evidence appears and where it stops being available, which is a different shape and lands in a different order.
What this site is
A guide to one narrow thing: what a warehouse inspection can settle for you and what it cannot. It is not the operator, it is not a shop, and it cannot see any order. It earns nothing from what you buy except through the catalogue links it carries, as described in the referral disclosure below.
Questions about an order belong with official agent support. The help page explains the available routes.
How the material was gathered
Read the numbered articles
The help centre publishes rules as numbered articles. Each rule quoted here carries its number so the quote can be checked against the source rather than against this page.
Quote rather than paraphrase where the wording decides something
Phrases like subject to your product remarks and based on the size that on the product's label and tag are doing real work, and paraphrase loses it. Published spelling is left as it is.
Date everything that can move
Fee tables, windows and campaign values are dated and given a recheck interval. The record is published as a file as well as a page.
Print disagreements instead of resolving them
Where the operator's pages give two figures, both are shown with their sources and the planning advice says what must be confirmed in the account or with support.
What this site will not do
Deliberately absent
- No ranking of agents, sellers or goods, because no reproducible public source supports one
- No grading of production runs or versions, which the operator's authenticity policy makes untenable
- No shipping quotes, since those move daily and belong to the operator's estimator
- No numbers copied out of boilerplate agreements
Deliberately present
- The article number behind every rule
- The date every fact was read and when it should be read again
- The disagreements between published figures, printed in full
- A worked example of the tool that runs without scripting
Use the source dates and the official account record when checking a specific order.
