Checked on, and what changed since the last reading
Every operator fact on this site carries the article it came from and the date it was read. This page is the record, including the places where the operator's own pages disagree.

Short windows are attached to the things that move. Fee tables and promotional values move fastest, which is why neither is treated as settled here.
Where the operator's pages disagree with themselves
Three disagreements turned up while reading. None of them is hidden and none is resolved here, because resolving them would mean choosing a figure without a basis.
| Topic | One figure | Another figure | Handling here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Return and exchange length | 120 hours from stock-in, in the rules text | 14 days from signature in the guarantee heading, and 5 days in the table beneath it | Check the account countdown and confirm the conflict with official support |
| Colour | Colour is on the inspected list | Colour difference is named as outside the scope | Both are true and they test different things; explained rather than averaged |
| Service fee | No separate agent fee appears in the published formula | An eight per cent service fee appears in a registration template used across this kind of service | The published formula is used; the template figure is not quoted as this operator's price |
The third line is the reason this site does not reprint numbers found in boilerplate. A figure that appears in a generic agreement is not the same kind of fact as a figure in a priced service page, even when both are on the same domain.
Official announcements and campaigns
The operator runs home banners for guides, coupons, gifts and a service commitment, and publishes notices through its help centre and community channels. Campaign values change frequently and often apply only to new accounts, so none of them is reprinted here as a number.
The useful habit is to read the campaign page on the day you order rather than to trust any third-party summary, including this one. What is stable enough to publish are the scopes, the windows and the fee structure, which is what this site covers.
Community feedback and where it is worth reading
The operator lists a service ticket channel on Discord and a group chat on Telegram, and shopper discussion also runs on Reddit, YouTube and TikTok. Those are useful for one thing and misleading for another.
What community reports are good for
- Noticing that a route has slowed down before the operator says anything
- Seeing what an actual photo set looks like for a category you have not ordered before
- Finding out which sellers answer measurement questions
What they cannot settle
- Whether a specific fault is inside the inspection scope, which is published and not a matter of opinion
- How long a window is, since people quote the figure they remember rather than the one on the page
- Whether goods are authentic, which the policy makes the buyer's duty and an appraiser's judgement
Treat a thread as a prompt to go and read the numbered article, not as a substitute for it.
What changed on this site
14 October 2026: layout, illustrated buying guide and conditional inspection-tool wording reviewed. Policy extracts retain their original source dates.
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| 2026-10-13 | Initial local draft. Scope, windows, ineligibility list and fee table read from the numbered articles; outbound links requested; interface captures dated. |
| 2026-10-13 | The three published return figures printed side by side rather than reduced to one. |
| 2026-10-13 | Replica grading dropped from this site's framing after reading the anti-counterfeiting policy, which prohibits non-authentic goods outright. |
