Help, terms and the official pages behind every rule
Every rule on this site comes from a numbered help article. This page collects the terms, the common situations and the tested links, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
Glossary: QC, GL, RL and order terms
Most of the vocabulary around agent buying is borrowed and inconsistent. These are the ones that appear in the published articles or in the interface.
| Term | What it means here |
|---|---|
| QC | Quality check. On this service it means the arrival inspection and the free photographs that come with it, within the published scope. |
| GL | Green light: a community shorthand for being willing to accept the item shown in a QC photo set. It is an opinion, not an agent guarantee. |
| RL | Red light: a community shorthand for a concern or a decision to reject the item shown. Check the actual issue and return conditions before acting. |
| Stocked in | The status that starts the return and exchange window. It is the status word to watch, not the delivery date. |
| Stored | The status that starts the free storage count. |
| Extra photo | A paid request for one specific photograph, one requirement per photo. |
| Remark | The free-text instruction on the order form. The inspection for apparel is explicitly subject to it. |
| Fill and Buy | The request form used for platforms that are not searchable directly. |
| Declared value | The value written on the customs declaration for the outbound parcel. |
| Consolidation | Combining warehouse items into a single outbound parcel. |
How to use this guide alongside a first order
The pages are arranged in the order the decisions arrive rather than in the order the operator stages them. Read the scope first, because it tells you which of your worries are answerable at all. Write the remark second, because that is the only field that carries your intent. Decide about tags and packaging third, since that choice is the one that cannot be undone later.
Then watch for the stocked-in status rather than for a delivery date, and read the photographs against the scope in the order set out on the inspection page.
Common situations
These are the frequently asked ones, answered from the published articles rather than from experience.
The photos arrived and nothing looks wrong
Compare the available views with your saved option and listing. An apparently clear photo set does not prove that every detail was checked; fit, exact shade and function may need more information.
No remark was written at order time
The dated scope includes visible appearance faults. For size, model and version, use the order option or listing as a reference and clarify any ambiguity with support; a missing remark does not erase the rest of the order.
The size on the label is not the size that fits
The inspection reads the label. Actual-size error is named as outside the scope, so this is a conversation with the seller, ideally before ordering and ideally about centimetres.
One specific thing needs photographing
The extra photo service takes one requirement per photo, with a monthly free allowance and then a small service fee. Write it as a single instruction rather than a list.
Suspected authenticity problem
The operator publishes a complaint route that asks for the order, the payment record, a description of the goods and the evidence. It also states that professional appraisal costs, if an appraisal is required, are borne by the buyer.
Goods have been in the warehouse a long time
Free storage runs 60 days from the stored status. Beyond that an extension can be bought for items stored between 60 and 90 days, charged per product identifier per month, with total storage capped at 6 months.
Official help and account pages
These go to the operator's own pages. This site has no account system, takes no orders and holds no money, so anything that involves your order happens on those pages.

Apps and the search entry
On a phone
The operator publishes apps for both mobile platforms. The warehouse list, where the photo strip and the return countdown live, is the screen worth having to hand while the window is open.
Searching
The operator's own search box accepts a product name, a link or a photo, and the site describes the image route as a way to find matching items without Chinese language skills. The catalogue search on our home page and Spreadsheet page opens product results; ordering happens through the agent account.
Reaching a person
Support runs through a service ticket channel, a group chat, a messaging number and an email address, all four listed on the operator's contact page. This site is not a support channel and cannot see your order.
